How far is 1800 Atlantic Suites from Downtown Key West?
It is located 1.5 miles from the Atlantic end of Duval Street and 2.5 miles from Mallory Square.
What amenities are provided inside the units?
All the units are fully equipped, Full Kitchens, Full size Washer & Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board, Linens and Towels and Hairdryers. We start our guests with a starter pack of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, paper towels and toilet paper. This is complimentary and meant to get you started on your vacation, we do not replenish these items.
Do all units have internet access and what is the cost?
Yes, all of our suites have free internet access.
How far is 1800 Atlantic Suites from the beach?
It is a beach front property with a private beach. It is also adjacent to Smathers Beach, the largest public beach in Key West.
Is there a parking garage and what is the fee?
Each suite is issued one numbered parking spot located in the gated garage at no charge. The clearance for the garage is 6ft 2 in so large SUV’s and Trucks will need to park outside. One additional parking pass for outside parking will be given, but space is limited. Please note that we do not allow motor homes, boats, wave runners or trailers on property. Also vehicles with logo’s will need to have magnets covering the logo’s.
Can we get an Early check in or a Late check out?
We cannot guarantee either of these due to the time to prepare units for the next guest’s arrival but we will do our best to accommodate you. We do charge $25 per hour for late check out after 10 a.m.
Do you rent Roll-away beds, cribs or highchairs?
Yes, Roll-away Beds and Cribs rent for $10 a day and Highchairs rent for $5 a day.
Why are some units listed as only monthly rentals?
Key West requires a license for renting units nightly and weekly. Units that do not have a license may only rent monthly.
